A booking the group can see now shows on the shared schedule whoever it is for, so a forwarded dinner or tour lands on the day. A new choice beside "Show plans for" narrows the schedule to just your own bookings, and it follows you across devices.
Forward a confirmation by email and the QR code, barcode or ticket it carries lands on the booking with it, visible only to you. Print the itinerary and the code prints at a size a scanner reads.
Suggest something for Tuesday and it shows up under Tuesday, with a place if you know one. It stays an idea until someone puts it on the schedule.
Tap Count me in on any activity card and you are in, no need to open it. Families pick who is coming in one step, and tapping again withdraws.
Open any trip and tap the download icon for a one-page itinerary: the schedule by day, your bookings, and who is going. Handy offline or for the fridge door.
Adding a hotel or a dinner? Tap whether it is for just you, for the whole group, or for a few people. Pick a family and everyone in it is included.
Forward a flight, hotel or restaurant confirmation to your trip and it shows up on the schedule as a booking, with the time, the place and who it is for filled in. Pasting the confirmation in works too.
Put the place in your trip title and the trip card gets a photo of it. Swap it in one tap if you would rather use your own.
We ask for your name once you are in, and only if we do not already have it.
Start a trip just for yourself, plan it in private, and invite people when you are ready. It becomes a group trip the moment you do.
Already know your partner or a friend is in? Mark them as coming yourself. They are told about it, everyone can see who added them, and either of you can undo it.
