Email your bookings to your trip
Forward a flight, hotel or restaurant confirmation to your trip and it shows up on the schedule as a booking, with the time, the place and who it is for filled in. Pasting the confirmation in works too.

Say who a booking is for
Adding a hotel or a dinner? Tap whether it is for just you, for the whole group, or for a few people. Pick a family and everyone in it is included.
New trips get a cover photo
Put the place in your trip title and the trip card gets a photo of it. Swap it in one tap if you would rather use your own.
Sign up with just an email and a password
We ask for your name once you are in, and only if we do not already have it.
Plan on your own first
Start a trip just for yourself, plan it in private, and invite people when you are ready. It becomes a group trip the moment you do.
Say who else is coming
Already know your partner or a friend is in? Mark them as coming yourself. They are told about it, everyone can see who added them, and either of you can undo it.
Wayfind speaks 14 languages
The app and the emails it sends you are in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino, Hindi and Russian. Pick yours from the globe at the top.
Light or dark, your call
Wayfind follows your device by default, and you can pin it to light or dark whenever you like in your profile.
Share the organizing
Hand a trusted person the keys. A co-organizer can edit the trip, run activities and manage the roster, so planning it is not all on one person.
Notifications, all in one place
The bell at the top holds every update from all your trips. A dot marks the ones you have not seen.
Share everyone’s flights and lodging
The Logistics tab shows who lands when and where everyone is staying, which makes airport pickups a lot easier to arrange. Add your own flights and lodging; your confirmation numbers stay visible to you alone.
Turn a poll into a plan
Add a link to any poll option (a restaurant, an excursion), edit or close a poll after posting, and turn the winning choice into an activity in one tap.
Float ideas with links and comments
Toss out an idea with a link and let the group react and comment on it right there, before it becomes a real plan.
Shared links show a preview
Paste a trip or activity link into a group chat and it shows the name, the dates and the photo, instead of a bare link.
